Rambling the Front Range of Colorado and Beyond
How's the leg feeling? Hope you're healing quickly.
Thanks for asking, everything seems to be coming along well.
Good God, man, that's some impressive road rash (or, rock rash, as it were)! Glad to hear it wasn't more serious. Makes that recent video of Kilian and Anton scaling Grand Teton sans ropes or, really, any gear whatsoever even more unbelievable.
Chris, definitely respect and admire what those guys are able to do...being familiar with the mountains Tony's been doing in Colorado, it's impressive. They did some proper scouting of the Teton ahead of time, and are both more skilled and Tony is admittedly particular about having good grippy rubber despite his sponsorship. I do hope they stay safe though based on the sheer amount of new terrain being tackled, especially when solo. Ironically (although I think this is common), I feel more focused around exposure and in the middle of nowhere than I do when goofing around 'close to home' -- I need to stay focused and safe no matter what.
