About

mike_hinterberg
This blog is generally about outdoor activities in Colorado and the Mountain West, with occasional road-trip travel and urban adventures. Mostly about running, cycling, hiking, skiing, and endurance sports. I'm not special, but hope to add a little insight and perspective on some things without being superfluous to information that's already out there. I like stories. This is not a training or personal blog of minutiae and details. This should be a writeup about things of general interest, hopefully. Thanks for stopping in!

Non-professional Statement

This blog represents personal viewpoints, expression, and, hopefully, an entertaining and informative creative writing and photography outlet. As an open archive across several years, it is certain to change with life experience. Although this is generally an outdoors and endurance sports-related blog, if you've reached this Blog for more information of a professional science/engineering nature...welcome! I find an open and authentic representation of personality can be complementary to professional work, just as I'm fascinated to learn about your interests.
