I am writing you in the hopes that you want to participate in an e-book we are writing about ultra runners.

We want to tap into the collective craziness (we mean that as a compliment:-)) of this community to challenge and inspire other non-runners to make their own life an ever-greater creative expression of their own goals and dreams… without limits.

Progress so far: We have currently contacted more than 250 ultra runners and received more than 60 answers.

We would ask you to answer a question about your experience with ultra running. Please note that these questions are related to your mental state and require that you are able to explain quite specifically what is going on mentally when running.

If you'd like to participate please shoot me an email at dreamit@juliossol.com.

Thanks!

All the best,
JannickJKjaerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09224338424894236824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593777137946937666.post-40511181578763888502011-10-20T07:58:38.395-07:002011-10-20T07:58:38.395-07:00Multiple pairs of boxers/tighty-whities, underneat...Multiple pairs of boxers/tighty-whities, underneath.NBeenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00035683527723872105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593777137946937666.post-18952772028919804692011-10-19T18:42:08.026-07:002011-10-19T18:42:08.026-07:00If you ever figure this one out you will have to l...If you ever figure this one out you will have to let me know...

Possible solutions:
- Wear pants that don't really fit (since I have no sense of style this is my approach. being in an academic setting you can get away with this)
- hemming is an option, though requires a little too much work for me
- luck out and actually find a pair that is the right size (1/1000 chance this happens)
- Gain some weight ;)nmphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02486058267340747104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593777137946937666.post-31541943807977582422011-10-19T12:24:56.154-07:002011-10-19T12:24:56.154-07:00lol. Or wear spray-on hipster pants.

Ideally I wear 30" waist 33" inseam. 34" is too long so I have to have them hemmed. 32" is too short in about a month of washing. And often 30" waist really isn't, it's too big. I don't know who the hell they fit or design pants for, but it's not me.

Actually what usually happens is I go to the store and there's about 6 pairs of 40" waists.mtnrunner2https://www.blogger.com/profile/10974435572236740294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593777137946937666.post-15230284520702402432011-10-19T10:34:34.532-07:002011-10-19T10:34:34.532-07:00That sounded fun, gotta check with the boss.
